One ways in Thailand are usually free, depot to depot, but sometimes fees may apply depending on car hire supplier, length of trip and start and finish point. Budget are usually best for one ways,
if rental over 3 days then no charge, followed by Chic at 5 days, Hertz and Thai Rent at 7 days. Sixt are now charging fees of between THB2,500 and THB10,000 for a one way, regardless of length of rental, as do National.
