In and around Brive Airport
Currently, there are two airports serving Brive. The Brive-La Roche Airport is the older one and it currently serves passengers flying to and from Paris. On the other hand, the Brive Souillac Airport is the newly opened airport in this part of town.
The official name is Aeroport de Brive, Vallee de la Dordogne or simply Aeroport Brive Souillac. The airport lies 15 kilometers away from the Souillac town centre, thus its name. The location of the Brive Souillac Airport is much better than the one located on the northern side of Brive, which is the Brive-La Roche Airport.
The new air terminal is set to complement, if not improve that other offerings, which still consists of flights to and from Paris.
The Brive-Souillac Airport is situated between Paris and Toulouse, making travel to these two French destinations, by road or by rail, more than possible.
