El Sabinar:- Home to twisted, wind-bent juniper trees, an iconic symbol of the island's resilience.
Faro de Orchilla:- Once considered the 'end of the world,' this lighthouse marks the westernmost point of Spain.
La Restinga:- A diving haven with volcanic coastlines and crystal-clear waters.
Charco Azul:- A natural swimming hole tucked into lava rock formations, make it perfect for a refreshing dip.
Roque de la Bonanza:- A dramatic sea stack rising from the Atlantic, ideal for photos at sunrise or sunset.
Do You Know El Hierro?
The island was once considered the Prime Meridian of the world. Long before Greenwich took the spotlight, ancient maps placed Punta de Orchilla, as the Zero Meridian, marking it the edge of the known world. It was a symbolic reference point for explorers navigating the Atlantic, and the meridian marker still stands today, as a quiet tribute to the island's historic role in global navigation.

Of the rest of The Canary Islands, the oldest island is
Fuerteventura, where the tourists are attracted by outdoor activities such as deep sea fishing, sailing and scuba diving. Also you can get a boat trip and enjoy watching whales or dolphins.
The interior of the island has a lava landscape and is best explored by a SUV jeep rental, or cross country bike. Las Palmas is the capital of Gran Canaria. If possible plan your trip around one of the many festivals, or the exciting and colourful Carnival of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The airport on Gran Canaria is known as

Tenerife is the largest, and most popular with tourists. The south being the most favourite, with its hotter drier climate. The main resorts are Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, which lies a little further north and includes La Calets.
