About Torquay

the town is on the southern coast of Devon, and has a harbour. Agatha Christie was born here. This seaside town may not have hordes of wildebeest swarming across the plain, as per the famous line in Fawlty Towers (based on a Torquay hotel owner), but is does have a lot to offer holiday makers and surfers.
