Insurance to either cover claims is available via Axa, or you can pay extra on collection to reduce to either zero, or a lower amount.

So you have three choices of either paying the local insurance daily charge to, usually, reduce the amount to zero. Or, take the risk nothing happens, but stone chips can happen anytime.

Or, get excess cover protection through AXA, who will re-imburse a charge on your card. This insurance can be done during or after booking, but note this does not stop the car company holding money and debiting a claim from your card. So, the local insurance can vary and all is shown in each supplier terms.

Lastly, the other costs that can vary are extra drivers, GPS, baby seats etc., so best get an email quote for what suits you.
