Included in Rental Costs
Super CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) with Zero Excess including cover to windows, tyres and Underside, Free Unlimited Additional Drivers, Free Delivery/Collection within 15Kms of Hertz Depot, Under 25yrs Charges, Third Party Liability, Vehicle Theft Waiver (with zero excess), Unlimited Mileage, Premium Location and Airport Fees, Tax (VAT and GST).

Credit Card, Lead Driver
Lead Driver must have credit card and sign paperwork, even if not going to drive car, or even be in car. No debit cards or cash allowed.

Fuel Policy
Supplied with full tank and return full. However, where vehicle is delivered, then fuel used in driving to the delivery location is not replaced but car must be returned with a full tank.

Age
Minimum 21 No Maximum

Under Age Charge and Restrictions
No extra costs for drivers under 25.

Cross Border Policy
Not to be driven outside of Thailand.

Local Excess & Need to Know

Zero Excess, but Lead Driver must have credit card for refundable security deposit of THB10,000. The remaining net balance of the car hire must also be paid by credit card. No cash payments. Can use Visa, Mastercard & Amex card okay.

Unlimited Free Additional drivers
Add locally, driver and licence present.

Infant Seats
THB321 (Plus VAT) Per Day (Maximum THB1,605 per rental) - Request at time of booking - pay locally. Ages 6mths to 3 years old only.

Sat Navigation GPS
Can now request for all depots and costs are THB214/day, to Maximum Charge THB3,210.

GPS STOLEN? - THB16,050 replacement fee
DAMAGED? - Charged cost to repair
INSURANCE? - None currently available

Water/Flood Damage - NOT COVERED
You can be held liable for full cost of repairs, if driven in water, or left in flood area, so please drive and park dry.

Delivery and Collection
Free of charge if within 15km of depot, during office hours, from 0830H. If want outside these hours, then fees apply depending on time, so please ask for the actual fee.

Thailand One Way Rentals

No extra fee for rentals for 7 days or more for car groups.

Fees, if under 7 days, will range from THB1,000 (e.g. Samui to Surat Thani) to THB9,500 (e.g Krabi to Chaing Rai). Bangkok to Pattaya is THB1,000.

Vans
For the Minivan category one way fees will apply for under 7 days.
Vehicle Return
60 minutes grace period before extra day charged locally.
