Why not hire a car and whizz past these jagged rocks? Ballard Road, which runs east to the cliffs, travels north past Lough North, then onto Doolin a picture-perfect coastal village with traditional Irish pubs. In total, there are 8km of cliffs that are waiting to be explored by car. This is, for sure, one of the most scenic drives on the Emerald Isle.

Watch out for famous landmarks like Ladies View, a stunning panorama that overlooks mountains and green hills. You can travel around the Ring of Kerry in a day and see all the sights. Just don't forget to bring a camera with you!
