This because of the beaches that draws people from as far away as London when the sun is out. There are seven miles of beaches, cliffs, beach huts, shops, nightlife and a pier.

Many places have these attraction, but Bournemouth benefits from better summers, less annual rainfall, and milder winters from the competition. Added to that you have the New Forest, nearby, if want to escape the beach.

The airport is only four miles away, with budget carriers Flybe and Ryan Air, being two of the airlines whisking the locals off to Europe and the Med.
