About Tangier Airport

Tangier Airport also goes by the name of Ibn Battoutta Airport and has the IATA Airport code of TNG. Like most airports, it used to known by a different name, that of Boukhalef Airport.

The airport is quite small in the number of passengers it handles, as only about one million a year. Although the airport has two runways, only one of them is operational. Tangier Airport is wheelchair friendly equipped with lifts, ramps and easy access toilets.
