About Fez
The spelling can be either Fez or Fes. Fez is not the largest city in Morocco, but certainly in the top five, with over a million people bustling around it's markets and streets.
However, it was once the capital and still remains as one of the imperial cities. It also gives it's name to the red pill-box type hat, with black tassle. Just like that! (courtesy of the late, great Mr Tommy Cooper).
