About Albania & Tirana Airport

Albania has Greece to the south and also shares borders with Macedonia, Kosovo and Montenegro. If you were sitting in a hilltop bar, on the east coast of the Greek island of Corfu, you can see Albania on a clear day, or night.

Tirana is the capital, and whose airport you will probably fly into. The city all started with a bakery, a baths and a mosque. It still has a rustic charm about it, but like many a city, has growth problems with traffic. The main area of interest is The Block and is a good place to hang, drink and eat.
