WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
Personal accident insurance: normally covered in your holiday insurance.Additional non-mandatory insurances.
Petrol: a deposit is taken locally and refunded if the car is returned with a full tank.
Garaging, tolls, congestion charges, parking and traffic fines

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Flight Information
It is essential we have flight numbers and arrival times.
One Way Drop Fee
Local charge normally applies - please check when booking.
Minimum Age
Our rates apply mainly to 25 years and older. Please check TERMS & CONDITIONS for local variance, under 25 charges and upper age limits.
Child Seats
Request at time of booking - local charge applies. For older children, it is recommended that you take your own booster seats. No guarantee can be made regarding their availability.
Cancelling a booking
Minimum 24 hours notice required.
Driving Licence
Full original driving license held for at least two years. Please advise us if have lost or stolen license.
Rental Documents
A voucher (original or copy) must be produced.
Additional Drivers
Charges often apply for additional drivers. In Europe this is payable locally - in the USA you can increase you cover to GOLD which allows 3 additional drivers.
Documents Required
On collection of your vehicle you will need to produce the prepaid rental voucher, A full valid driver's licence and a major credit card in the name of the lead driver. If you do not have a credit card some car rental companies will accept a refundable depoist in cash or via a Debit Card. This information is held in the supplier "important information document" which is available to view during the quote process please click on the link and check under heading "Documents Required to Pickup Cars".
Provision of Cars
Suppliers can refuse to provide a vehicle to any customer who is, in their opinion, unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. in such circumstances your contract with us will terminate immediately, and we will have no further liability to you. FASTCarhire.co.uk is unable to guarantee a particular make or model of car. The car shown on your voucher is for guidance only and may be substituted for an alternative similar or upgraded car (at no extra cost). If you are dissatisfied in any way with the standard of the car, you must advise the local supplier immediately and FASTCarhire.co.uk in writing within 28 days of your return. FASTCarhire.co.uk cannot accept liability where this procedure is not followed.
Number of Passengers
Our rental cars are insured for a maximum number of passengers.
Baggage
We supply a reference guide as to passenger and baggage.
Mechanical Difficulties/Accidents
In the event of any mechanical difficulties or accidents involving your car, it is important that details are reported to your local supplier within 24 hours. you must also complete an accident form by the end of the rental period. local police should also be notified in the case of accidents and a signed police report obtained. full details of third parties should also be obtained. authority to repair or replace a vehicle must be given by your local supplier whose name and contact details are shown on your voucher and rental agreement. you should retain copies of all rental documentation in the event an insurance company is involved. compensation cannot be considered when this procedure is not followed. a checkout form must be signed on return of the vehicle. failure to do so may delay the investigation of disputes regarding insurance excess charges.
Picking up Your Vehicle
Please carefully check the vehicle for any scratches etc, and report and malfunction immediately.
Return of Vehicle
Please allow enough time to return vehicle to the right place - it has been known for people to leave the vehicle in the short term multi story car park, and the rental company taking days to find it, and then the client gets upset when they get a bill for hundreds of pounds!
Selling Insurance
Please remember that the local car agent will be on commission, and even though you will have all the insurance needed if have own travel insurance), they will try to sell you more insurance. If sold, go back within 24 hours - do not wait until you return as it will probably be too late.
Complaints
FASTCarhire aims to resolve complaints within 28 days of receipt, however some complaints will take longer owing to the nature of the issue and information provided. Please ensure all documentation, reports etc are kept as usually this will de dealt with after your return. In the event of problems, please do not return saying "I was told it would be okay!". Get names, phone numbers, letters etc.
