Supplier service at Udon Thani Airport
Great English of all the staff!
Really professional handing over of the car, checking the condition of the car and signing the papers. Communication went really well in UdonThani, but was a bit confusing in Chiang Mai ("I am at the airport, where are you?" after 2 phone calls to confirm the time that I would deliver the car).
Quality of rental car provided
Excellent condition. New car (less than 20000 km.), correct model, actually better than what I expected, modern and clean. A few scratches (barely visible) and a small dent, all pointed out by the staff in Udon and noted on the paperwork.
