Staff arrived late ( poor considering the flight was delayed) Charged extra £10 cash for windscreen, tyres and wing mirror cover????
Quality of rental car provided
Car was untidy with Halfords typeseat covers, last persons rubbish in it. Very high mileage car pulled dangerously to the right when braking.

Staff i have found pleasant,but they could be dealing with others,so you may be waiting around.
Quality of rental car provided
I travel to Turkey 3-4 times per year. The last two times the quality of the vehicles ( Medusa) have been poor.

Medusacar rep very friendly, good english spoken. Easy to pay by credit card. He was 20 mins late arriving but think he had been given wrong info.

Good service from Medusacars, pleasant staff, timely service. Picking up and dropping off went very smoothly with no delays. staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we had a minor incident with the car. Overall we found the service very good and value for money. I would certainly use this service again and would have no hesitation in recommending Medusacars.

The car was new and in very good condition, we were very impressed with the car (Skoda Roomster) it was just what we needed for our holiday.
