Supplier Service: Collection a bit chaotic. Return very smooth as they were obviously expecting us. Paperwork completed on our knees sitting on floor outside airport. The agent tried to charge me an additional 55 euros for one additional driver when your website (and the paperwork) clearly said one additional driver free. Car: Although it had only done a few miles, it appeared quite old fashioned. The driver's window stuck open and was extremely difficult to close. The car started making unusual noises just as we returned it to the airport. Overall, though, the vehicle was fine for what we needed it for. |
