Supplier service at Phuket Airport
OK, but bit hasty crew. Wanted to get me on the road in minutes. Not experienced this before on offices in Bangkok and Krabi
Quality of rental car provided
OK, although had the idea that is was older than the average age a rental fleet has usual. Had 80K km on the clock. Car was equiped with "carryboy", that did not lock on 1 side. Pointed at Budget representative, but was received with the typical Thai nonchalance, so no action taken. Fixed it myself when arrived in accomodation (just a lock that had to be refixed in place.
