The main reason for using them was the value for money. Having only paid an initial deposit the remainder of the cost paid at the airport desk was exactly as indicated without any hidden extras. The company uses firms with desks at the airport. This is better than trying to find a man with a clipboard. The staff at the desk spoke perfect English, which helped greatly.

Budget service has always been excellent. Pleasant staff usually with limited English. Never had any problems about claims of damage to the car. If returning the car to the airport it is very difficult to find fuel nearby so fill the car before entering the expressway. Handover of the car at the airport can take some time so allow for this when calculating when to arrive for check in.

I always hire pick up trucks. They usually have minor scratches and dents which are well documented on the condition report, however the interiors are always clean and the vehicles are in excellent mechanical condition

Website Performancerealize my particular booking was for six rentals, however each was treated as separate bookings. this created a problem with my credit card company in placing my security deposit for each rental. recommend when determined, multiple rentals by the same person be handled as one booking. this will simplify transactions and should prevent constant blocking by the credit card company. the same condition should apply to this review. a review will be done only one time for the six rentals.

Budget have always been excellent to deal with. They are always prompt. I emailed them directly after booking with Fastcarhire, and requested a back on the vehicle we had booked, and they obliged. The vehicles are always in excellent condition, free bottles of water are supplied.

The Toyota Vigo is an excellent vehicle to drive. Even though it is the cheapest vehicle to hire, it is not in anyway a substandard vehicle The fuel economy is awesome. Great vision, smooth to drive. Plenty of room, great air con ( a must in Thailand). It is only though a two person car, the bench seat in the back is only for short trips.

Poor. Brakes were appalling had to be pumped. Clutch noisy and worn. Never hire a Chevrolet Matiz gutless engine especially when you are on mountain roads with hairpin bends quite worrying. I had asked for a Toyota Aygo. I mentioned the brake problem but the did not seem concerned.

If I should mention something which could be better, is handout procedure of the rental company in Thailand. After arrival in the airport we did have to wait quit a long time before the staff there were ready to go to their office, and after a long flight you are not in the mood to spend in total more than one hour for handout of the vehicle. This is a change in procedure from Thai rent a car, before they did handout the vehicle from the car park in the Airport. Return of the vehicle went very smooth, less than 10 minutes, perfect.

They meet you at departures but if you are going to arrive at a different time then you must ring them and let them know. No real parking restrictions at departures so no problem if you are a little early and have to wait.

Flawless. In my eyes the prices are good, although the current fluctuations of the baht-euro make the final rental price unsure. The prepay option is a nice opportunity, but in my case has not helped, since the euro grew stronger. At the end I probably had been better off paying locally.

Excellent. Friendly staff and took all the time to show the features in and out the car. On arrival all paperwork was finished within 5 minutes. Upon arrival in Bangkok International, I had to deliver the car with a 1/4 tank of full. On the way to the airport, 2 gas stations had closed and the 3rd had run out of diesel. The additional costs for diesel by Budget was huge, but it was for the budget employee no problem to accompany me to the nearest petrol station at the airport to top up. This is called service.

The vehicle we hired was a family saloon, since the rental agency was out of this size we received a pick-up truck for no extra charge. Car was in good condition, however a third seatbelt was missing in the rear. After some searching the seatbelt was found and attached. Thai staff was friendly, somewhat chaotic but that is not unusual in Thailand (the This Is Thailand factor always applies). Pickup was at Suwanaphun airport, I expected to pick up the car at the carpark there but had to go to the rental office by the airport. Dropoff was perfect - the guy from Thai Rent-a-Car was waiting by the curbside at the departures at 01:00 in the morning on January 1st! Cheers for that!

I have to admit, I was a little bit apprehensive about using FCH at first, as I had seen some very negative reviews regarding the voucher system, and was worried about turning up at Fuerteventura airport with just a self-printed voucher to be told I had no booking or had to pay far more! However, I am very glad I went ahead, as everything went very well. I wouldn't have been able to have a 4x4 if it weren't for FastCarHire! Excellent service and I am sure I will be using FCH again soon.

Excellent. Multilingual staff, who are friendly and helpful. Had the keys to the car within 3 minutes of handing over my voucher and paying. I was able to add additional drivers in the second week at no extra cost, and it was done within a few minutes. Best car hire company I've ever used! Additionally, I did NOT have to return the car with a full tank of fuel. It was supplied with a quarter tank, which may be why, but other companies I have used always insist on a full tank, regardless of how it is when you pick it up. Very useful!

auriga crown was the first company i felt relaxed about hiring the car and not worrying about being charged an excess, the vehicle did have some marks but when i pointed this out he agreed and said dont worry about it theres marks everywhere.the whole feeling was very relaxed.

Vehicle delivered late due to mix up concerning drop-off point. Was not shown around the vehicle and employee could not answer queries I had about the vehicle, otherwise staff were pleasent. Would have had communication problems when vehicle picked up, but my wife was able to talk to the employee in their own language. Previous hire was okay, would use again if price is right.

Hired a mini bus, which had not been cleaned from previous rental or delivery. The mini bus had several marks on that were not recorded on the paperwork and although this did not become an issue when the vehilcle was returned, it was a constant worry that it could have been. The vehicle seemed quite old and was tired with close to 250,000 miles on the clock and the onboard entertainment system did not work; the delayed delivery and my itinery did not give me time to rectify the situation.

Was clean on outside but could have done with a little more cleaning - sweets down seats and dusty on dash. Additionally there was no washer fluid in jets and only discovered when need to use them!! Had done all the normal tests b4 leavin dept - checked gears, brakes and air conditioning, will be adding this to list next time.

We have used Iberent many times and have also recommended them to oue friends. However we will not be using them again. The person that we met at Porto to return the car was obviously in a bad mood. He was rude and unhelpful. The car was dirty but we have never had a problem in the past and have never been told to return the car perfectly clean. He made us hand over 10 euros to wash the car. Had we had more time before our flight I would have refused and discussed this further. On collecting the car the fuel was less than half and he told us to return it between one quarter and one half. This we did and again he complained saying it should be half full. Unfortunately this one person has completely spoiled the reputation of Iberent

Quality of the vehicle was very good. The only complaint as such is that it was black in colour which, given the fact that Bangkok was experiencing 38 to 40 degree celsius temperatures, meant that the interior of the vehicle became very hot when the vehicle was parked.

OK, although had the idea that is was older than the average age a rental fleet has usual. Had 80K km on the clock. Car was equiped with "carryboy", that did not lock on 1 side. Pointed at Budget representative, but was received with the typical Thai nonchalance, so no action taken. Fixed it myself when arrived in accomodation (just a lock that had to be refixed in place.

The GPS didn't function the way I expected. Maybe due to my inexperience with GPS models. I got it to work but I don't think I would hire a GPS again.

Great English of all the staff! Really professional handing over of the car, checking the condition of the car and signing the papers. Communication went really well in UdonThani, but was a bit confusing in Chiang Mai ("I am at the airport, where are you?" after 2 phone calls to confirm the time that I would deliver the car).

Excellent condition. New car (less than 20000 km.), correct model, actually better than what I expected, modern and clean. A few scratches (barely visible) and a small dent, all pointed out by the staff in Udon and noted on the paperwork.

Thailand Thai Rent at Bangkok Intl Airport Suvarnabhumi: Arrived about an hour earlier than planned, customs were good that day :) but the girl dealt with our phone call promtly and we were on our way within 45 mins. The car was excellent, also they have a no smoking policy, no nasty smells lingering in the A/C (even if it meant I had to stop every hour...for my passengers you understand :) ) Directions for the return were good, no problems, and again a very prompt handover. We had cleaned and washed the car, which was quite a surprise to them, but something wqe have always done after a rental. Overall, one of the best, if not the best, car rental company I have used in Thailand - have lived there now for 10 years and usually rent a car every other month.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. very much regret their relatively new policy of requiring customers to leave an empty fuel tank. Impossible to achieve and, since tank is filled by them at VERY expensive prices, this represents extra and unneccesary profit to Company.

Good Morning.Thank you once again for my trouble free car hire in Thailand.
I received the same good service as always the pickup was clean and well presented. I was still in arrivals and the Thai Rentals rep phoned me and made arrangements to meet me. Anyone who wants to pickup a hire car at Bangkok Airport need have no worries use fast car hire ( in the UK) make your booking and forget the rest you won't have any problems.
But always remember you will have just travelled my thousand miles and you will be very tired you won't have any problems with fast car hire.
I have no connection with Fastcarhire or with Thai car rental.

This was the first time I have used your organisation and you produced one of the best car hires I have ever had from a rather obscure place where I had certainly not expected anything like as good.I got a virtually brand new Opel Astra Classic 1.4 Twinport with only 5824 k on the clock which proved absolutely first class for the purposes for which I wanted it.The admin,which was done from the Hotel Victoria in Lublin,was faultless,with some immensely good humoured and hilarious three-way telephone conversations between the delightful guy who was dealing with the car but who spoke not one word of English,me,who has the same amount of Polish and the hotel receptionist who did speak some English.
