at the desk there were 3 to 4 staff, english very well spoken, all excess explained and offered additional cover if needed, offered free maps, excellent service by lovely pleasant staff, a wonderful start to the holiday.

auriga crown was the first company i felt relaxed about hiring the car and not worrying about being charged an excess, the vehicle did have some marks but when i pointed this out he agreed and said dont worry about it theres marks everywhere.the whole feeling was very relaxed.

the vehicle had only done 25oookm it all worked fine though there was lots of scuff marks and a few minor dents. it was clean and presentable.i booked a Zafira was told i was getting a galaxy and ended up with a Touran.

Vehicle delivered late due to mix up concerning drop-off point. Was not shown around the vehicle and employee could not answer queries I had about the vehicle, otherwise staff were pleasent. Would have had communication problems when vehicle picked up, but my wife was able to talk to the employee in their own language. Previous hire was okay, would use again if price is right.

Hired a mini bus, which had not been cleaned from previous rental or delivery. The mini bus had several marks on that were not recorded on the paperwork and although this did not become an issue when the vehilcle was returned, it was a constant worry that it could have been. The vehicle seemed quite old and was tired with close to 250,000 miles on the clock and the onboard entertainment system did not work; the delayed delivery and my itinery did not give me time to rectify the situation.

Booked a Chevy Equinox confirmed as a Saturn View - same car different badge. Got Dodge Nitro was ok and did the job. Was clean on outside but could have done with a little more cleaning - sweets down seats and dusty on dash. Additionally there was no washer fluid in jets and only discovered when need to use them!! Had done all the normal tests b4 leavin dept - checked gears, brakes and air conditioning, will be adding this to list next time.

We have used Iberent many times and have also recommended them to oue friends. However we will not be using them again. The person that we met at Porto to return the car was obviously in a bad mood. He was rude and unhelpful. The car was dirty but we have never had a problem in the past and have never been told to return the car perfectly clean. He made us hand over 10 euros to wash the car. Had we had more time before our flight I would have refused and discussed this further. On collecting the car the fuel was less than half and he told us to return it between one quarter and one half. This we did and again he complained saying it should be half full. Unfortunately this one person has completely spoiled the reputation of Iberent

Picking up and dropping off went very smoothly with no delays. staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we had a minor incident with the car. Website PerformanceThe booking process itself was very easy with all details of the vehicle, insurance, inclusions and exclusions readily available and also copied to me in an email. The only problem was with the payment page which advertised Amex as a PayPal payment method but this was unavailable. I emailed a query re Amex and this was answered promptly.

Budget were excellent - the vehicle was delivered on time and the paperwork process was very efficient. With the pickup Budget called the day before to confirm the pickup time and pickup was on time. Drop off and pickup staff were pleasant.

Quality of the vehicle was very good. The only complaint as such is that it was black in colour which, given the fact that Bangkok was experiencing 38 to 40 degree celsius temperatures, meant that the interior of the vehicle became very hot when the vehicle was parked.

OK, although had the idea that is was older than the average age a rental fleet has usual. Had 80K km on the clock. Car was equiped with "carryboy", that did not lock on 1 side. Pointed at Budget representative, but was received with the typical Thai nonchalance, so no action taken. Fixed it myself when arrived in accomodation (just a lock that had to be refixed in place.

The GPS didn't function the way I expected. Maybe due to my inexperience with GPS models. I got it to work but I don't think I would hire a GPS again.

Great English of all the staff! Really professional handing over of the car, checking the condition of the car and signing the papers. Communication went really well in UdonThani, but was a bit confusing in Chiang Mai ("I am at the airport, where are you?" after 2 phone calls to confirm the time that I would deliver the car).
Quality of rental car provided
Excellent condition. New car (less than 20000 km.), correct model, actually better than what I expected, modern and clean. A few scratches (barely visible) and a small dent, all pointed out by the staff in Udon and noted on the paperwork.

Thailand Thai Rent at Bangkok Intl Airport Suvarnabhumi: Arrived about an hour earlier than planned, customs were good that day :) but the girl dealt with our phone call promtly and we were on our way within 45 mins. The car was excellent, also they have a no smoking policy, no nasty smells lingering in the A/C (even if it meant I had to stop every hour...for my passengers you understand :) ) Directions for the return were good, no problems, and again a very prompt handover. We had cleaned and washed the car, which was quite a surprise to them, but something wqe have always done after a rental. Overall, one of the best, if not the best, car rental company I have used in Thailand - have lived there now for 10 years and usually rent a car every other month.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. very much regret their relatively new policy of requiring customers to leave an empty fuel tank. Impossible to achieve and, since tank is filled by them at VERY expensive prices, this represents extra and unneccesary profit to Company.

Good Morning.Thank you once again for my trouble free car hire in Thailand.
I received the same good service as always the pickup was clean and well presented. I was still in arrivals and the Thai Rentals rep phoned me and made arrangements to meet me. Anyone who wants to pickup a hire car at Bangkok Airport need have no worries use fast car hire ( in the UK) make your booking and forget the rest you won't have any problems.
But always remember you will have just travelled my thousand miles and you will be very tired you won't have any problems with fast car hire.
I have no connection with Fastcarhire or with Thai car rental.

This was the first time I have used your organisation and you produced one of the best car hires I have ever had from a rather obscure place where I had certainly not expected anything like as good.I got a virtually brand new Opel Astra Classic 1.4 Twinport with only 5824 k on the clock which proved absolutely first class for the purposes for which I wanted it.The admin,which was done from the Hotel Victoria in Lublin,was faultless,with some immensely good humoured and hilarious three-way telephone conversations between the delightful guy who was dealing with the car but who spoke not one word of English,me,who has the same amount of Polish and the hotel receptionist who did speak some English.
