At FASTCarhire we want your car rental experience to be a hassle free one. Our newly formed Customer Care Centre has been created to provide the best possible customer service experience to you, our customer. We can offer you the following methods of contacting us. Please note that all opening and closing times are UK times.
 
To phone us please log into your account and check the phone number against your booking.
We require that you log into your account as we have different phone numbers for different suppliers and this method ensures that you have the correct phone number to get your query answered.

If you have any problems you can speak to a member of our Customer Care Centre and get the answers and help you need. Calls are charged at the local domestic charge.
  Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
  Open Saturday from 10am to 4pm
