My last experience,the staff was very profesional with a very helpful atittude when delivered in Bangkok city to my hotel,also when collected at a different location in Bangkok.Very very good in deed.

Budget were excellent - the vehicle was delivered on time and the paperwork process was very efficient. With the pickup Budget called the day before to confirm the pickup time and pickup was on time. Drop off and pickup staff were pleasant.
Quality of rental car provided
Quality of the vehicle was very good. The only complaint as such is that it was black in colour which, given the fact that Bangkok was experiencing 38 to 40 degree celsius temperatures, meant that the interior of the vehicle became very hot when the vehicle was parked.

This time I chose Thai rentacar even though they were slightly more expensive - nice clean car and great service.

Staff is pleasant and carefully explaining details and pre-flaws of the car before hand over; able to highlight the car features and scratches and dent before hand over to reduce miscommunications
Quality of rental car provided
Clean and effective car; new range and fuel efficient and had a good air con servicing/ maintainable car which result in smoother and relax ride
